WORLDWIDE SHIPPING: DEstinations and rates

Desiderio Beachwear dispatches its products in Italy and worldwide with public and private postal services, through secure, rapid and tracked shipments. Once the order has been placed, customers will receive a tracking code via e-mail by the evening of the day on which the shipment took place. Using this code it will be possible to be updated on the status of the shipment. Processing times may vary based on the time the order is received and the volume of orders received. The order is usually processed within 48 working hours of confirmation. Within the second following working day the order is taken charge by the courier for delivery, which will be carried out according to the times indicated below.

Delivery times are determined by the information provided by operators and prudently corrected on the basis of our experience and COVID-19 crisis. They may vary due to force majeure and new provisions not dependent on our will.

General delivery times outside EU take more than 15 working days and may include lengthening due to customs clearance practices.

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by destination country. These are additional costs that are collected once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional costs for customs clearance must be met by the recipient. Desiderio Beachwear has no control over these expenses, nor can Desiderio Beachwear predict what they might be.

PAYMENTS

Payments can be made:

By advance bank transfer: in the case of payment by bank transfer, the order will be processed as soon as the bank confirms the payment. The reason for the transfer must include the date and order number. It should be noted that the transfer must be made within 5 working days from the order date, otherwise the order will be automatically canceled.

With Mastercard or Visa Credit Card: through the appropriate form that will appear on the check out page. The transaction is securely managed through the Stripe®  payment system.

Through the Paypal® payment system: Once Paypal has been selected as the payment method, the payment page will automatically open on the Paypal site with the possibility of paying through your PayPal account.

WARRANTY AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

All swmiwear are tailored made, are washed and checked before packing and shipping to check the conditions and the absence of production and / or packaging defects.

There will never be one product like the other because they are not industrially and mass-produced. As a result, some details may be different than the photographs on the website (e.g. position of the logo, length of the lanyard, height of the seams, etc.).

The products are guaranteed to last at least 2 years without compromising the conditions existing at the time of delivery (keeping colors, elasticity, seams, etc.) after regular and appropriate use.

After the purchase

• • • In case of non-compliance of the order (size, color, model wrong and different than that ordered) write to shipping@desideriobeachwear.com indicating the order number and attaching a photo of the product received which highlights the error in the shipment. We will arrange a new shipment at no additional cost to the customer. We will always request, at our expense, the return of incorrectly sent products. The report must be made within 5 working days of receiving the order.
    • In case of an incorrect choice of the size or model during the purchase, it is possible to change the size. The costs of returning the product purchased incorrectly are charged to the customer. Desiderio Beachwear will ship the new size product at its own expense. It is possible to change the size or model only once.
    • If the customer is not satisfied: in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to change his mind and withdraw from the Contract within 14 working days (fourteen) from the date of delivery of the Product. The methods and terms in which to exercise the right of withdrawal, which must not be justified, are indicated in the Terms & Conditions page.
    • In the event of a defective, worn, broken and / or accelerated product that is subject to excessive and non-regular deterioration, write to shipping@desideriobeachwear.com, attaching photos of the product, indicating the order number. We will arrange to reimburse and / or re-send and / or replace the product as soon as possible according to the customer’s wishes. We reserve the opportunity to request, in order to improve product quality, the return of the spoiled product (s) at our expense. The request must be made within 1 month of receiving the product.

SIZE GUIDE

To choose the size for briefs and shorts we recommend to measure the waistline in the following way:

• • • wrap a tape measure around 5 / 6cm below the navel, keeping the tape parallel to the floor and measure the circumference.
    • Read the value. This is your indicative reference measure.
    • Then find your measure between the intervals to figure out your size.

If your size is right at the interval, consider carefully the choice.

To measure the chest size wrap the tape measure at the level of the nipples, keeping it parallel to the floor and without twisting it.

The fabrics are elastic, high quality and lined and therefore guarantee a high degree of comfort, but all the swimsuits are low-waist models and we recommend that you choose the size that is indicate in the intervals, even if in general your size for trousers and shorts is different.
